“I wanted to subscribe for the shortest period of time - one month - to the Decorative Arts database in order to do some research for an appraisal l'm working on. The ArtNet web site is not clear how to do this and I wound up with a one month subscription the the Fine Art database. I tried for THREE DAYS to reach ArtNet to correct this. Left three voice messages and sent 3 emails through their online support form. crickets. nothing. Finally on day three I reached someone who implied I was lying about my efforts to reach them!!!!!!!! I hate Artnet and wish someone would start a competitive service to access auction records from high end auction houses. They would have to be better than Artnet.”
