“We've placed 4 orders (one by mistake) with Art Relublic. High quality prints backed up by excellent customer service, the prints can take a couple of weeks to arrive so keep it in mi d if it is for a present or required urgently . Customer service is responsive providing order status updates. Furthermore, in error my husband duplicated an order I had made and Art Republic bent over backwards to resolve and refund the money, sending a pre paid and tracked label to return the duplicate print, even phoning me to confirm receipt and that the refund had gone through. Really polite and helpful staff.”

“PLEASE AVOID ART REPUBLIC Complete rubbish. Don't trust these sellers, they don't stock the items they claim to have, they don't contact you to offer refund. They don't refund on failed orders (I know, i've asked for a refund on an item they can't source, and they have refused!) I wish I'd never used this company and gone to a more legit, honest company. I have spoken with someone called Chloe, who has told me countless times that she is sorry and that she will update my order. But nothing ever happens, no order update, no comms, and now, after asking her, no refund. As soon as I asked for a refund, she closed the chat! PLEASE AVOID ART REPUBLIC, GO ELSEWHERE, THERE ARE LOTS OF ALTERNATIVES THAT DO A BETTER JOB.”
