“I was provided a code for a discount and yet when I tried to apply it, it showed as “invalid”. After reaching out to customer service I was told the discount was only for subscription orders.
I’m extremely disappointed as I’ve liked their products. However, I detest these kinds of bait and switch tactics and will be looking for my supplements elsewhere and informing others not to use Ascent also due to these practices.”
