“Today my husband on his way to a job interview, had a bad fall on the escalators outside the Basildon store. The staff were fantastic, Cheryl and her colleagues made him comfortable, gave him a drink and sat him down until I got there. They calmed him as he was in shock. Thank you so so much to you all, including the guys who helped him down the escalator into the car! you were all superstars!! He is sore but recovering and you were all amazing! Thank you again!”

Just one suggestion as we all know we have to queue and as most people are scared or miserable can you maybe rig up your radio or music outside while people are queuing. I bet you would find so much more cheery customers. We can all have a boogie while in line 😁😁😁”
