In keeping with most the reviews here - this bunch are truly awful. Ordered a coffee maker on 16/7/25, with a 3 day delivery. Had various emails to say the item was delayed. Then on 28/7/25 I got another email saying the order had been cancelled….by whom you ask. No one could tell me. Called their Customer Service team and tried to get the order re-instated, but no. Had to have a refund. Terrible service from a major brand like ASDA.

Ordered next day delivery with them for a patio set and it’s been constant delays and now they’ve said it was misrouted I’d have waited a few more days to get it in person in an Asda store if I knew George was this bad whatever you do stay away from it, won’t even give you updates via email or phone number

However their delivery company (ATI Worldwide) did a dreadful job, and completely smashed our gatepost so that the fence and gate are flapping in the wind.

I ordered a toy kitchen and utensils for my granddaughters birthday, I paid extra delivery to get it today. I received no email, no updates, no contact whatsoever. After contacting them they told me they had issues with George orders and my money will be refunded. How does that help when my granddaughters birthday is today. Abysmal service, if they had at least made contact I would have been able to get something else.

Scam: Never delivered the item but took the order George Asda took the order and kept the money for a week for a next day delivery microwave.

Paid for next day delivery, two items came next day, two days later two more.

On the second call I was told that it would take 3-5 days for the replacements to be sent and the delivery date had been set as October 10th.

Placed an order on Saturday, paid for the earliest delivery which was Monday.

Placed an order for next day delivery. Money taken but no email confirmation. Package didn’t arrive. I’ve called them 3 times today and they have no idea what’s going on. I’m having to send screenshots of my bank to prove the money has been paid. This is ridiculous! Judging by reviews from here and other places they do it all the time. Avoid
