“ Paid for home delivery for Christmas presents to be delivered 21/12 for them not to arrive upon phoning customer services to be told no deliveries would be expected to go out until 28/12 to them be told my payment wouldn’t go back into my bank until 24 hours after cancelling then 5:7 working days to have my money back shame on you Asda right on top of Christmas 😡 ”

“ Just had my delivery i order some black leggings they are footless tights see through plus bra and pants looked a lovely blue colour on line got them they are dark blue what is there any point buying from Asda George you ask for leggings and you receive tights not shopping again on Asda George online again ”

“ Appalling. I ordered a slab floor cushion for my father, who is dying from cancer and needs to keep his legs up to help the blood circulation in his legs. Paid for delivery and still not recieved anything a week after it was supposed to arrive. Customer service don't care. I'm trying to get my money back, but I've been fobbed off, lied to and passed from pillar to post. Don't waste your money on this atrocious company. ”

“ Avoid!! Ordered a toaster and kettle paid for delivery and over a week later I’m still waiting and had £5 refunded! Customer services are always busy and never answer their phone . The website is for grocery deliveries- never again will I order!! I can’t even get to organise a refund!!! ”

“ Its when you get a text or email saying your email would be delivered that day then when it doesn't arrive you call the customer call centre and explain your problem they say your order as a certain date for delivery so you need to wait until then for delivery I then said to the woman that I had received a text and email saying the order was to be delivered that day but for some reason that went straight over her head or just didn't or couldn't answer my question All I have got to say is stop sending emails and texts saying your going to deliver on a certain day and you don't because most of the time the delivery company hasn't even received it from Asda George ”
