“ I paid for my order along with an additional delivery charge specifically to have it delivered today — and it simply didn’t arrive. ”

Had to have a refund. Terrible service from a major brand like ASDA. ”

“ Ordered next day delivery with them for a patio set and it’s been constant delays and now they’ve said it was misrouted I’d have waited a few more days to get it in person in an Asda store if I knew George was this bad whatever you do stay away from it, won’t even give you updates via email or phone number ”

After contacting them they told me they had issues with George orders and my money will be refunded. How does that help when my granddaughters birthday is today. Abysmal service, if they had at least made contact I would have been able to get something else. ”
