I'm shocked by their lack of customer service. They sent 3x 50 MLS instead of 300mls. I called them, took 20 minutes. I returned the scents and have had to send three emails to get them to send my order. It's gone on for weeks.
Man, never again.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service by telephone. You are on hold for upto 40 minutes and when the phones answered you are put on hold again so they can look into your issue! Then it gets cut off or no one actually comes back on the Phone!
Totally waste of time no matter what time you call!

I ordered a toy kitchen and utensils for my granddaughters birthday, I paid extra delivery to get it today. I received no email, no updates, no contact whatsoever. After contacting them they told me they had issues with George orders and my money will be refunded. How does that help when my granddaughters birthday is today. Abysmal service, if they had at least made contact I would have been able to get something else.

My order never entered your system, the money was never returned and from what I can see this has happened to many people
Your customer service representative claimed that this amount was never paid, despite the fact that I informed her that I have already checked with my bank and that I have the bank statement
As you can see, given that this has happened to many of your clients, the case is a multi-participant crime and a huge profit for those involved in the fraud.

Terrible online system, took £80 twice out of my account when I signed out with guest, it’s been weeks now back and fourth with customer service, is awful, couldn’t take any information of mine correctly over the phone. Email wasn’t even able to be taken so I had to use my husbands email with help from him, still hasn’t been resolved, I’ll never ever use George online ever again.
