Ashes with Art contacted me when they received the ashes, the. Again to double check that they had the correct instructions and again once it was finished to confirm when I was available to receive it.

They rang me to confirm receipt of the ashes which put my mind at rest. They rang me about 3 weeks later to say the ring was ready for delivery and it came next day making sure someone would be in.
