The product was a less impressive 3*** I'm writing the following to assist others with their choice, as I understand I made choices that left me disappointed.
I urge anyone to really check the measurements and upgrade the chain if you can afford to do so. Do your research and look into everything as this is a once in a lifetime purchase to remember a beloved pet by, ensure you are 100% sure about sizes & finish before ordering, to save disappointment. Look at the reviews to see photos taken by customers, as they are likely to give a more accurate depiction than professional studio photos do.
I ordered the Secrets Heart Pendant Memorial With Ashes Or Hair in Satin Silver with engraving for £230.
I hadn't appreciated just how small the pendant and how fine the chain would be (my fault for not measuring them). The heart edges aren't rounded as they appear to be in the images on the website, leaving a very flat less appealing handmade silver appearance. The Satin finish gives a cheap dull stainless steel effect, so again I would only consider the High Polished Silver if I were to order again. I was so excited about receiving the item, the disappointment was real and the item has remained in the box for 5 days.
The standard chain is very fine, I've lost Teddy once, losing him again if the chain were to break, would be heartbreaking. Sadly I'm going to carry this item containing his ashes in my purse, rather than wear it, as the heart isn't what I had imagined & I'm too worried that the fine chain will break.
Fortunately I have more ashes to use, so I can take more time researching for an item I feel I can wear.
It's important to get it right with such a sentimental item, it's an expensive and disappointing mistake to make if you don't.
You are paying for excellent service, packaging and postage, you also want a piece of jewellery that you are proud to wear and looks like a bespoke piece of art.”

This could have been my fault, the pendant I ordered has a very fine silver chain on it 18”. This pendant was for my grandson. Unfortunately, he expected a thicker chain?
