“Lies, lies and more lies, failed to communicate. Left us hanging unsure and unable to move forward. This is the worst firm I’ve ever encountered. A trainee Luke was left unsupervised and out of his capacity.”

“Absolutely rubbish solicitor firm. Very greedy and absolute cons ! Left all my work last minute, acted all nice and professional but really are time wasters and thieves. Do not recommend at all.”

“ASL Solicitors is taking money from vulnerable people in Birmingham and not giving them the help and support they needed. The staff is very rude and disrespectful to customer. I've had a bad experience hiring ASL solicitors between April 2017 and April 2018. They failed to provide me with a satisfactory service and when I complaint to the manager and owner of the firm, I didn't happy with the way he responding to my complaint. He also failed to provide me with the details of the legal ombudsman service. I would never recommend my family and friends to ASL solicitors.”

“Rude staff was telling me i threatened/abused the reception staff I was just trying to get hold of someone after two days of leaving messages who will tell me what they were going to do about my lost papers. They made me the bad person at the end.”
