“Never going to shop in ASOS!!!! Uninstalled the app! Worst customer care ever ! I have ordered on November 6th . When I track the order no shipping details were there there’s error sign. Estimated delivery date passed no package.when I chat online different agents say different reasons. One agent told me to contact the shipping Company( Starlink global) saying in their end they can’t contact the shipping company. So I emailed the shipping company , their customer service immediately replied me saying the package was returned to asos warehouse . Then I was sure I can’t track the package and I don’t have the package but these customer care agents doesn’t even nothing no refund or anything just saying me to wait more! Waste of money and time. Never gonna shop again with ASOS”

Customer service is generally good, although when I once ordered a "100% cotton" scarf as a gift that turned out to be entirely synthetic, I never received a reply from customer service at all. All in all a solid pick for when thrifting won't do.”
