“The item I ordered on 19th March hadn’t arrived so I emailed on 28th March just to check the order progress as I had purchased it as a present.
I didn’t get a reply until 16th April which I don’t think is very good customer service as it only takes minutes to reply to an email. I was told it had been despatched on 4th April but I still hadn’t received it so they sent another one signed for which I received a few days later.
I understand that things get lost in the post but it was the lack of communication from them that was disappointing.
Although the item itself was lovely I don’t think I would order from here again.”
