“There are loads of websites you can pay your money and buy sound systems and equipment, but Chris and his team at Astounded are easy to get to talk to and really knowledgeable helpful. It was well worth us driving up to lancaster to get further advice and get the soundsystem to meet our needs. Thanks guys”

“Well, the customer service I received from my first enquiry was very good and the advice was excellent. However, the equipment I purchased did not work properly and part of it was damaged. The heavy item arrived in just it's cardboard box without any additional outer packaging to protect it. Consequently, the box had been hit, or dropped, in transit and was damaged on arrival. I was really disappointed and had to return the PA Speaker for replacement, which meant that I couldn't use it over the Christmas - New Year period, as I had planned to do.”

“I came to Astounded on the rebound from an awful experience with an amplifier repair company. I had to bite the bullet and purchase a new amplifier for my church sound and music system, and the difference in my experience truly Astounded! me. The amp came from Germany.... they fast tracked it for me.... and every query was met with courtesy and humour and a great willingness to be of help. Sadly, so very rare these days. I cannot endorse Astounded highly enough. Just a shame all companies dont follow their lead...”

“I was looking for a solution to the problem of using multiple speakers in the pubs I do Quiz's in. Chris at Astounded took the time to listen to my issues, despite my ramblings, and came up with a wireless system that would fix the problem. Now you thinking that surprise, surprise Astounded just happened to have just the kit I needed, well, that's exactly right and is why I have been a customer for several years. Building up my sound system as my needs grew, getting more kit that complemented what I have while. not wasting money already spent. Huge experience, brilliant knowledge, vast range of equipment, all you need. Even then, Chris was able to find a way to get me a deal, saving me money. The equipment turned up a few days later and straight out of the box worked perfectly and solved my problems. On that first night alone, people at the Quiz commented on how much better the sound was. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Astounded to any potential customers who need any kind of Audio/Visual equipment. Trust these guys, they will do everything to help you with your needs. Happy to act as reference if any wants to contact me.”

“They were very helpful in guiding me to the right solution to my specification and through the purchase, delivery and set up process. The person who answered the phone was quickly up to speed regarding where I was in the process and the information I needed. We have given it its first and everyone was delighted with the performance. Between now and Christmas I’m sure it will get quite a bit more use. I think one of the best features is the battery operation. I will certainly recommend both the product and Astounded to others.”
