I put in a claim, was charged the standard $99 and replacement phone arrived the next day. Went to Verizon for help transferring my data and the rep found that we were eligible for new phones at no cost. He called Asurion and we were told to return the replacement phone and the $99 would be reimbursed. Took it to USPS on July 28 ... the package still has not been delivered 8 days later (from upstate NY to TN). Called Asurion on August 2nd and told them the package appears to be in limbo. The rep was great and said since I had done the right thing in returning the phone and am not responsible for the mess up by USPS, she would put in for the refund, which was received today (August 5). Excellent service!

I was on call with a very nice gentleman named Jeremy from Asurion in York, PA and he was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond in helping me find and get a solution for my phone problem. I promised to answer the questionnaire at the end of the call, but it cut me off before I could leave a glowing review. I hope this reaches him and his office, his service was 11/10, absolutely top tier! Very grateful for his help and patience while repeating information whilst I was so frazzled!!

Shout out to Anna one of the people that I had called and she was probably the most helpful person I’d ever had simply because when I was working with uBreakiFix they had given me the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. And so for her to give me more information that was so much more helpful. It was phenomenal to feel so relieved.

I had a lovely costumer service Rep named Leo that was on the line with me for over an hour patiently helping me setting up my new phone after my other was stolen.

First time I’ve ever signed up or use this service before, but I figured I would give it a shot and the product I had a problem was was my brand new HP printer after one day I could not get it to connect to the Internet.

I have an old Pixel 2 phone a friend needed to use after losing his; I took it to Asurion in Arlington and in less than 30 minutes it was reset & ready to use. Excellent service! I always take my phone issues to Asurion and they always fix my issues!! Excellent!!
