Using the phone they said they couldn't fix to write this review. We t to South center location and was told they wouldn't repair my water damaged phone due to warranty issue. I said I would waive the warranty because my phone was working for the exception of the touch screen. Then they told me they don't really do pixel phones. So I ordered a screen on Amazon and did it myself. I would have preferred having someone with all the tools do it but I guess they didn't want the biz. The first guy I talked to looked like he would cut hair for a living and the "manager" was in back probably not working on a pixel phone. Thanks guys for nothing! I've used you several times but not anymore.

First time I’ve ever signed up or use this service before, but I figured I would give it a shot and the product I had a problem was was my brand new HP printer after one day I could not get it to connect to the Internet. I got on the phone and called Asurion Right away. I got somebody. They spent over an hour with me on the phone, taking control of my computer and took care of my problem so I did not have to return this item to the store. I am so overwhelmingly happy with this company.

I'm very disappointed in your warranty service, I called took 16 minutes to finally talk to someone, then another 45 minutes to almost file a claim, then i tried to upload my id 4 times was never accepted so i spent over a hour to get absolutely no results, still cant file a claim for a stolen phone cant file it in the store cant get your website to accept the id even after ive filled out and answered all the reps questions and the website questions, i think i will be canceling my insurance though you asurion and picking it up through my allstate warranty company where all my other electronics are covered through

Asurion through Verizon Samsung S23 Ultra battery expanded inside and forced the case open. For $99.00 Asurion sent a replacement phone but they were unable to properly transfer an app I needed and was unwilling to lose. Because of this I had to take my damaged phone to an Asurion authorized repair facility and pay $264.36 for a new battery and screen out of my own pocket and have to return the phone they sent me or be charged $300 and they will lock the replacement phone serial number. So... I have paid Asurion $19 monthly for 22 months, or $418 for inaurance + $99 for Asurion to send a replacement that I could not use totaling an insurance cost of $517. So... I had to pay an Asurion repair facility $264.36 to repair my old phone and Asurion will not reimburse me for the repair cost done at their Asurion certified repair facility. Summary: Paid $517 for insurance that wasn't honored. I believe Asurion should have covered the repair cost if they were unable to successfully transfer my app to their replacement phone. Repair cost using Asurion was $517 Ins + $264.36 = $781.36. Repair cost without Asurion would have been $264.36. Savings if I didn't have Asurion would have been $517.00.

I have now been rescheduled for a repair 3 times. I have been told now that the only options they'll offer for not having to drive 50 miles one way is to PAY THEM $100 for them to send me a new phone. Why are they trying to MAKE MONEY off of a claim?! They won't honor their offer if it means sending out a tech to an area on the edge of their coverage. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD. Not to mention they are incredibly rude on the phone. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I hope management or higher up sees one of these reviews and does something about this.

I recently used the Asurion Buy back… I recently used the Asurion Buy back service for my Samsung phone. As my phone was in excellent condition, I was confident it would pass the inspection for the full refund of the $600 they charged to my credit card, (part of the discount program with Samsung deals on the flip phone). I received confirmation that the phoned was received, inspected, and qualified for the full refund. I was told via email, that the funds would be in my account within 7 to 10 days. It's been almost 3 weeks, and no funds. I'm down a phone (which I could have sold privately) plus the $ 600 they took from my account. Be careful in trusting this company with any 'deals' they may offer, as it seems it may be leaning more to unethical cons, more than legitimate business offers! & yes, I have contacted them multiple times, only to be told it's been looked at.

They cover insurance for ATT, I paid insurance for 4.5 years never making an claim, part of that insurance covers battery replacement. Yet they have the 3 ATT stores here locally can not do a battery replacement cause they do not have it, instead want me to pay $250 for a phone replacement on a phone I can buy for that same price. They want to ship me a phone yet cant ship a battery?? This company is a straight joke

I filed a claim for a screen issue on my Google pixel 7pro - flickers, turns green and dies. This is a widely known problem with this phone and this is the third time I've had to get this phone fixed or replaced. Anyway the my new replacement has the same issue. I tried to update asurion with this issue and they want me to go through all the steps of factory resetting blah blah after doing all of this with the Google people. It does NOT fix the problem and in fact makes it worse. Telling the rep that I can barely use the phone since I can't see anything and they just talk I've you and don't help. Perhaps when Google tells you to file an insurance claim maybe they know something more than Asurion.

Horrible experience. Bought a condo that had an LG refrigerator. The previous owner of the condo had died. I found that she had purchased an LG Premium Care Plan from Asurion. I called and was told the plan was transferable. I gave the employee my name, phone number and email. A few month later the compressor went out on the appliance, which was only 3 years old. It was repaired 20 days later, but I found out the warranty plan had never been transferred to my name. I lost a lot of food and I wanted to be reimbursed but if the plan wasn't in my name I wouldn't be able to cash any check they sent. I called again, gave my info. Plan still wasn't changed. I called again and the employee I talked to on this call (phone number 855-549-0540) said I probably never provided any documentation. I was never asked for any documentation. The man I was talking to didn't know what documentation I needed because the representatives at 855-549-0540 don't handle transfers of plans from one owner to the other. Never heard that before. He transferred me to another department. I received an email request for the death certificate of the previous owner. I don't want to pay for a death certificate and go through the process of getting one. Instead I sent a copy of the real estate settlement form showing I bought the condo from the estate of the person named on the Premium Care Plan. The address on the condo is the address listed on the plan. Would they accept this? No, not a death certificate.

I spent upwards of 6 hours getting a replacement phone for my son only to get a defective aftermarket replacement phone. I would rather die than use this company for anything ever again.

I scheduled a tech to bring me my replacement phone and help with the set up from 7pm-9pm. He did not show up in this window and I did not receive any notification nor update of him being late. I sat on hold on the corporate customer service line for 30 minutes. It is currently 10 pm as I write this review and I’m still on hold with corporate with no update on the tech. Unacceptable

Company HQ is Nashville. People from Nashville scam. Setting up the business HQ from there is a RED FLAG. They want you to mail the product back. The product costs cents to make. They want you to mail your ID in. Likely committing identity theft. This company stinks, just like people who live in Tennessee.

I am extremely disappointed with the cell phone insurance experience provided by Bell Mobility. After paying for insurance and submitting the required information, I received a replacement phone—only to find it was a used phone that didn’t even work properly. When I initially reached out to customer service, I was instructed to complete an affidavit, which I did immediately. After a few days, I followed up, only to be told there was insufficient detail about the phone model on the form. When I asked what specific information was needed, the representative requested details such as make, model, 5G capability, storage size, and color. I pointed out that my account already contains all this information, but I complied and resubmitted the form as instructed. After waiting again, I called back, and the next representative informed me I needed to write “reship” on the form. There was no indication of this requirement on the form or in any previous communication. I then requested to escalate my complaint, only to be asked to upload the form yet again—for the fourth time—and told to wait another 24 hours. Adding to the frustration, I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, but the representative had difficulty hearing me on the very phone that Bell provided—a phone that continues to be problematic. This process has been a frustrating cycle of vague instructions, unproductive communication, and lack of follow-through. I am hoping management will take this issue seriously and improve this experience for customers who expect clear guidance, reliable service, and a properly functioning replacement phone. The process and the form need to be revised. No one from the form would know to provide the information they require. Very Poor and frustrating.
