Absolute horrible experience. All they know how to do is apologize because of incompetent they are. My phone stopped working, so I called and filed a claim. They sent another used phone within a day. the phone they sent did not turn on and had a cracked screen. I called them back, so they said they would send another phone...that wasn't working either also wasn't working and had a cracked screen. I called them back yet again, they said they cant do anything until I send them the other 2 phones back. So I sent them back. at 1st they said they would send the replacement phone over night, but they did not. a day later I called and they said they were waiting for the returned phones. So that was a lie. another day passed, I called them back and now they said they received the other 2 phone, but now its 5 days of processing until they can send out another phone, which might not work again. Meanwhile it's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my BUSINESS PHONE. I use my phone for business.

Beware. This company have been moving the goal post on what qualifies for claims especially now that they increased their monthly subscription. They have their own definition for "physical dameage: especially on TVs and will deny you based on their definition even when there is no external physical damage to the product

Since Assurion ripped me off by sending me a less than equal phone as a replacement when I just wanted the screen fixed, and they refuse to give me my phone back, I am going to help them lose so much money they are going to wish they gave me my phone back. I am writing a song about what they did & how bad their reviews are so everyone when you hear my song like it & share so everyone will know what a horrible scam this company really is. They will take your phone & give you a refurbished one that barely works, and will not honor their contract. They will even have super small print that old folks like me can't even see and tell you that they said they won't fix my phone & will send me a replacement phone as good as or less than mine. They were right there, a phone less than what they stole from me is what I got. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR SCAM BUSINESS TO ANYONE. BEWARE!!!!

The worst customer service I've ever seen with handling a problem. Computer went down on a Amazon renewed system. Took them 3 weeks to ship me a box. They promised me 3 times that they had shipped a box. Eleven days for them to get the computer via UPS. And I still don't have a resolution. Don't ever expect a resolution from them.

This company lies about delivering products on time. Stay away from this company! This company's logistics must be awful. Hoping my device comes in one piece at this point or even at all.

Title: 18 days, 20+ hours, multiple stores… and STILL “RCS not supported” no one will take responsibility I’m at my breaking point and hoping someone here has seen this before. On June 4th, my RCS messaging randomly stopped working, It now says “RCS not supported” and none if the troubleshooting has fixed it. Here's my story. I need help....... - 2.5 hours on the phone with AT&T (Sunday) - 1.5 hours again (Monday) repeating the SAME steps - In-store AT&T visit (no fix) - Sent to Best Buy → they couldn’t fix it - Sent BACK to AT&T → no help, they sent me to Google. - Drove over an hour to a Google Store → spent 4 hours there - Waited 5 days (as advised) → still broken - Went back to Google → 2 more hours - They put my number on 3 different phones → ALL say “RCS not supported” - Called another support number ATT → 2 more hours → transferred → DISCONNECTED, no callback AT&T then closed my case even though the issue is NOT resolved. Now I’m stuck in the loop: - AT&T says go to Best Buy or call Google. - Best Buy says call ATT - Google says it’s not them call ATT. ATT says sorry we can't help you. One Google employee even suggested there might be a block on my number, but no one can confirm or fix it. Meanwhile, I’m about to lose access to group chats and possibly miss messages entirely. At this point, I’m thinking my only option might be to change my phone number, which is insane after everything I’ve gone through. Has ANYONE experienced this? Is there some kind of carrier-level block on RCS? Who actually owns this issue — the carrier or Google? Any real insight would be appreciated because support has been completely useless.

Disappointed with Asurion Home Protection Through AT&T I have been a customer of Asurion Home Protection through AT&T and recently had a very frustrating experience with a claim involving my son’s PS5. My most recent claim was filed on May 11, 2026, although I had also filed a previous claim on March 30, 2026. Throughout this process, I spoke with multiple representatives, including Linda, Henry (Service Solutions), and Sean (Supervisor). On June 17, I received a reimbursement offer of $394 for the PS5. I immediately contacted Asurion because I disagreed with the amount and requested that my device be returned to me, along with a refund of the $99 service fee I paid. On June 18, I received the same reimbursement offer again in duplicate emails. What concerns me most is that when I initially spoke with Linda, I was informed that if the PS5 could not be repaired after multiple attempts, Asurion would likely replace it with a device of equal value. At no point was I told that if the device was deemed unrepairable, it could be salvaged and I would simply be offered a reimbursement amount that would not fully cover the cost of replacing it. Had this information been disclosed upfront, I would have seriously reconsidered filing the claim. Instead, my son’s PS5 was retained, and I was offered an amount that does not come close to replacing the device. As a result, I am left without the original console and without enough compensation to purchase a comparable replacement. The matter has now been escalated to higher management, and I am waiting to see how it is resolved. Unfortunately, this has left my son without his gaming system during summer break. My advice to anyone considering this protection plan is to carefully review and understand exactly what happens if your device cannot be repaired. Based on my experience, paying the service fee does not necessarily guarantee that your device will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent item. Make sure you understand all possible outcomes before filing a claim. I hope Asurion will reconsider this situation and provide a fair resolution.

Do not use assurion!!!! I paid for insurance and when I needed replacement phone (mine was 2 moths old I gor REFURBISHED and the screen turned black after 1 and half. I should have rad a reviews before purchasing insurance. Verizon strongly recommended so I followed their instructions. A prominent class-action lawsuit filed against Verizon and Asurion (Simoni v. Asurion Warranty Services Inc. et al.) alleges the companies engaged in a "fraudulent-sale scheme" by secretly adding unauthorized charges for Asurion’s "Smart Home Support" warranty plan into customers' automated, paperless monthly phone bills.

The service has been extremely disappointing. I was sent a replacement phone that did not work, and when I called for assistance, I was only able to reach an AI agent. Unfortunately, the AI agent was not helpful and was unable to resolve my issue. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and negative experience. I expected better customer support and a smoother resolution process.

No stars. What a racket this company is. Save your money, folks. They have no problem taking your money each month for the plan, but if you file a claim, even for minor issues, they'll come up with some silly reason to deny it. "Dance monkey, dance" is how I feel dealing with this group. NO MORE!

On top of having to fix your own phone after their tech messed up, making you wait on hold for 43 minutes is completely disrespectful of your time. That is absolutely unacceptable. UNREAL BOGUS company treatment. The tech didn't stay until the job was done, and now the phone isn't working--- isn't that why they send the rep to set up the phone? Jay really was nice, but SCREWED up with leaving before his work was done.

Set up appointment for screen replacement for 9-11 one morning. Received an email stating the tech would contact me when on the way. The tech sent me a text at 9:50 to say he would be later in the afternoon. I took time away from work in order to have this appointment. When I called to reschedule I was told it would be a approximately 9 days before the next available appointment. I was also advised I could drive an hour to a repair shop or pay $99 to have phone replaced. What a joke.
