I put in a claim, was charged the standard $99 and replacement phone arrived the next day. Went to Verizon for help transferring my data and the rep found that we were eligible for new phones at no cost. He called Asurion and we were told to return the replacement phone and the $99 would be reimbursed. Took it to USPS on July 28 ... the package still has not been delivered 8 days later (from upstate NY to TN). Called Asurion on August 2nd and told them the package appears to be in limbo. The rep was great and said since I had done the right thing in returning the phone and am not responsible for the mess up by USPS, she would put in for the refund, which was received today (August 5). Excellent service!

I have been paying for iPhone insurance since 2019. I called Asurion to get help with a problem. The battery met the threshold for being replaced & the charge port was clogged. The very nice lady said my only choice was to buy a new phone. For $250, she was going to give me the same phone I have. She would not put in for repair. After 40 minutes, I had to hang up (after she tried to sell me additional insurance). I then went online to submit a request. Got it immediately. Went to repair shop - constant stream of customers. Said 1-2 hours, 3 hours later, I have a (hopefully) fixed phone.

I was on call with a very nice gentleman named Jeremy from Asurion in York, PA and he was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond in helping me find and get a solution for my phone problem. I promised to answer the questionnaire at the end of the call, but it cut me off before I could leave a glowing review. I hope this reaches him and his office, his service was 11/10, absolutely top tier! Very grateful for his help and patience while repeating information whilst I was so frazzled!!

I went online to make my first claim for a simple matter where external Drive connection might be faulty on my laptop. So the online portal asked for basic information such as model number, serial number description of issue. It also requested the exact same information again along with a photo of the front, and back of license. When that was accepted, it then wanted additional information with an interactive PDF form that requires a signature that you can then upload a pix to their website. It would not accept my 1st 4 PDF files but finally accepted a jpg fike. (no info re what file type it accepts). Then required a photo of the laptop front, back, screen, and problem area. This is an hour of my life I will never get back and I still have to wait to determine if the claim was excepted. I purchased the service from my local you break I fix Office in Appleton. I thought a claim like this might be easy as bringing in the laptop and drive and have them figure out where the problem resides. Apparently it is not that easy. I will cancel this service as soon as this issue is resolved.

Worst company out there, made a claim 1 1/2 years ago, never heard from no one, so after not hearing from anyone for 30 days I canceled the service and come to find out they are still billing me every month for the past 15 months

horrible insurance. I paid over $200 to have my phone replaced in September 2024. Asurion sent me a new Samsung galaxy zfold 5. It's not even 12 months old and the phone will not power off. I was just told by Asuion tech support that the warranty on the phone is 12 months and when i asked to replace the phone, she said i would have to pay an additional $99. This is a rip-off, the tech support says something and does something else.

Horrible company. Their web site says they cover accidental damage to home PC but when you file a claim, they deny it. The worst liars. Run away from these people!!

Very disappointed with their service. My husband and I were traveling across country and my phone got destroyed. Went to Verizon store, said I could file a claim and pick up a new phone at Asurion. Went to Asurion facility and they could not replace my phone. Would have to file a claim and have it mailed to me… I wasn’t going to be home for weeks. I ended up having to buy a new phone. What a waste of money I paid every month for the insurance!!!!

Shout out to Anna one of the people that I had called and she was probably the most helpful person I’d ever had simply because when I was working with uBreakiFix they had given me the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. And so for her to give me more information that was so much more helpful. It was phenomenal to feel so relieved.

Worst customer service. I have waited 6 days for a service provider to set up an appointment to look at my washing machine that is not in working order. They are not able to find a provider in my area but won’t replace my washing machine either. I will not purchase another protection plan thru them.

This is by design. This is not a bug its a feature to make you give up. You pay premium for Verizon, you get the insurance in case your device breaks. Then go ahead and TRY to file a claim. You go to the website and it IF it works it automatically denies you. You call the number and good luck! After navigating the phone tree three times and getting hung up on you finally have the wonderful experience of talking to someone who works at a call center not in the U.S. One hour and 15 minutes later the issue is still not resolved because it has to be elevated. Only then can you bring it to a store to fix the issue. This is by design. This is not a bug its a feature to make you give up.

I had a lovely costumer service Rep named Leo that was on the line with me for over an hour patiently helping me setting up my new phone after my other was stolen. We had to go around Apple support Stuff because all of my important info was on that other phone and he was able to directly answer all of my questions/concerns about getting back to all of my things lost in the cloud. He helped direct me to another rep when his services was no longer acquired and he went above and beyond with staying on that same line to make sure I got in contact with where I needed to go before he ended our conversation.. He was very persistent/patient and also personable which I appreciate because I felt like it wasn’t just another “tech” call. Thank you so much for employing people such as him. I began my phone call frustrated and angry; but I ended very pleased and taken care of.

If I could give no stars, I would. It has been 17 days since I filed a claim for a replacement phone for my business line and I still do not have a new phone. I have been an ATT mobile customer for over 20 years. This has been beyond frustrating and now infuriating. 3 calls to the number on the pamphlet they give you at the store, $275 deductable for my replacement phone and still no phone. I have a service business that relies on calls and texts which is how come I have insurance. My business has taken a major loss. Nobody at the ATT store can help you anymore. I am for sure leaving ATT and getting a landline.

High Deductible ,, for I Phone 15 max you have to pay $250+ deductible, your phone EMI continues and what you get is an old refurbished phone. Not worth it ,, instead take good care of your phone and don't spend your money on these worthless device protection plans

HAD PROBLEMS WITH A PRINTER AND TRIED TO GET WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. SENT ME A BLANK SHIPPING LABEL FOR PRODUCT RETURN. WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY DID NOT SENT ME A REPLACEMENT IN SPITE OF CLAIMING THEY DID. HAD TO CALL BACK REPEATEDLY. GOT HUNG UP ON AND KEPT WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR. RIDICULOUS. ANOTHER TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP WITH TECH SUPPORT AND INSTEAD REFERRED ME TO THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER.

These guys genuinely scammed and lied to me into buying asurion + for two months. I needed to get a console repaired and they told me to buy asurion + so that I could file a claim to get it fixed to save more money, since normal fixing would cost the same as buying a new console. Then after waiting 30 days to file a claim, they told me they wouldn't fix my console since it was 30 days since it broke and there was nothing they can do. I told them what I was told and they just said I misunderstood what I heard and they were sorry after I flushed 60 dollars down the drain.
