Turned in my laptop on the 3rd of January for some cosmetic repairs and to fix the usb port. They said it would take less than a week but expect a week at the latest. Now it is the 30th and they have pushed back the finish time for the 4th time now, and there isn't even a expected date at this point. I called the customer service which was useless and they said that their leadership would put in a request expedite which will take 3 more days to even process the request. I believe they lost my laptop because the deadline to open other options (like replacement or refund) is next week, so they have just been leading me on for the last month just so they don't have to admit that they lost my laptop. I have been waiting for repairs on my laptop WHICH WORKS for a month and they won't tell me what's going on with it. They said the parts have arived as of the 27th (monday) but no technician has been assigned to it yet so it's just sitting there. I need my laptop for my work! Frustrating!
