After sending me out the wrong device, I was forced to make 7 phone calls, during which I was lied to, disrespected, sent to the extension of the CEO's office, given incorrect and different reimbursement amounts, etc, and when I was finally told I would be getting reimbursed for the correct amount, despite everything they mishandled, they informed me that I i would receive a paper check in 10 DAYS! When i said i cant go 10 dats without a phone because i use it to run my business, she said to use my old device in the meantime, yes, THE BROKEN ONE that I'm trying to replace! I asked if an exception could be made given the circumstances of this claim and how much time and bs I had to endure just to get this far, but she said no and then treated me like a toddler by giving me my two options, a paper check in 10 days or nothing! Then she again suggested I use my broken phone until then!
To say I was mistreated and my claim was not handled professionaly is an understatement! Use my old, broken device, that does not charge for 10 days, what great advice! Here's my advice to anyone thinking of using Asurion: Steer Clear! Unless you of course want them to waste hours and hours of your time only to get an unacceptable resolution to your device issues!
