Didn’t show up for the delivery…at one point, there were actually asurion reps. In most stores and it was fairly easy to get a replacement phone after paying the deductible…. Now they have some brick and mortar store with no phones. The customer service was terrible and tried pitching more terrible services.

They literally outright denied a claim that should be covered, alleging mechanical damage to my fridge was cosmetic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made a claim in January 2026, said I was all set with a $200 deductible. Awesome called march 1st 2026 asking when id recieve my phone they said tomorrow, I called the next day said they didnt see a claim but they would start one no deductible this time and an upgraded phone because they didnt have mine in stock, would be here in 7 to 10 business days. Called march 18th no phone and they said I now had to pay a 250 deductible. Got in contact with Craig who personally guaranteed me he would resolve the issue and gave me his direct phone number. No phone no idea what's going on called today april 30th 2026. This time was told my claim was canceled again and that for $250 they will send me a check for 699.99. No way!!!! This is insane. Ive paid them for years and never before made a claim. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS OR GIVE THEM ON DEPOSITS ITS A SCAM!!!!

I have had Asurion for the last 5 years. I have 6 devices on on their family plan, 5 iPhones, and 1 iPad. We never needed anything until recently. I needed to replace my iPad. I called and spent over 5 hours on the phone with them. My iPad is 13in 256gb. They told me the best they could do would be to send me a refurbished/used 10.2in 32gb replacement. I would also have to pay a $100 deductible. That is ridiculous. I looked online, and I can buy a 10.2in 32gb iPad used for $89 on Amazon. This company is a complete rip off, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The lady hardly spoke English when I made my claim and put it on wrong phone. I kept explaining that is was not the main line it was the other line. She put it on the wrong line. I sent back the broken phone which they received but sent me a notification that they were going to charge me $90 because I didn't turn in my phone when I did. They said it was past the 14 days and could not fix the error. So now $ spent $160 when I could've gotten a new better phone. 😒 VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS!

Rip off! I paid over $1,000 in 4 years, and when I needed it.. I paid a $100 deductible to get a phone, without any choices on my part, that was 2 years old and I could have bought for $250. Tried to cancel… nope! I had to call my bank, cancel my credit card that Asurion had access to in order to get them from not charge me anymore.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! First appointment was cancelled because the tech got into an accident. The second appointment no one appeared. Called customer support and guess what ... THE TECH WASN'T WORKING THAT DAY! So how do you get a confirmation for said time and day? There is no one to contact to complain to. Then at the end of the call they try to sell you additional insurance, making it difficult to hang up with them. Why would I purchase additional insurance if they can't even show up for a cell phone screen repair? Ridiculous.

Terrible company. While the process to make a claim was simple, the customer service was extremely disappointing. They canceled our home appointment twice and then said there was nothing they could do to speed up the replacement process for the broken phone, even though the delay was due to the company’s own mistake. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I would like to formally acknowledge the team’s timely responsiveness and structured support throughout the withdrawal process. From the initial inquiry to final confirmation, each step was managed with clarity, efficiency, and professionalism. Their organized coordination ensured that all requirements were communicated clearly and addressed without delay.

Their service is awful.. I got a vacuum cleaner which broke down, had to ship and send as it’s beyond repair they sent a replacement which is totally a different model and doesn’t fit on the docking station and charger.. now they make me go through the whole process again to raise another claim so they could send me the right docking station/base to fit the replacement product.

If I could leave a zero, I would! I have called these numb skulls 10 different times trying to get my daughter’s phone replaced. Each time, they said it would be there the next business day or 2 business days. This started January 23rd and it is now February 17th! Still no phone! And now they want to send a check for $300 when phones are $600+! What a worthless group of individuals! They all lie and frankly don’t give a damn about the customer!

ASSURION is a rip-off! 8 months ago I paid $180 for a phone protection plan. It broke and now they want another $99 to to fix it. That information should be right next to the sale price, up front and not in the fine print

I will never waste my time or money with Asurion ever again. They charged me my deductible and said they would send my replacement phone over a week ago. I have called back multiple times. I was told to "wait by my email" for shipping information. Now I'm being told that my claim is "still open" and I can continue my current claim or start a new one. Not helpful at all. I will never do business with them again.

DON’T waste your money on Asurion insurance for your phone. Put the extra $20 aside and use it to replace your phone if something goes wrong. Asurion is a scam and their customer service isn’t helpful! Stay away from this company!

I filed a claim with Asurion and it was handled quickly. A technician was scheduled to bring me a phone the next day between 5 and 7 pm, but could arrive as much as 2 hours earlier, so a 4-hour window. Absolutely sounds great. When I checked the status of the technician, it said he was on his way, arriving at 6:54 pm. At 6:15 I saw that he had arrived, but he hadn't. I then receive a phone call from Asurion, it rang one time then hung up. I immediately called the number and no answer. I tried texting the technician, but he wouldn't answer. Next, I received a notice that my appointment had been cancelled. Who cancelled my appointment and why? My wife called Asurion and never got a reason as to why the technician never showed up or why the appointment was cancelled. Makes it sounds like the technician arrived at my home, but nobody was there so he left. Finally, when I called, I was told the technician cancelled the appointment because I was too far away and that I wasn't eligible for next day service because of where I live. All this would have been nice to know prior to me wasting 4 hours of my time. I guess the customer's time doesn't factor into this equation. Next, I'm told they could send me a phone, and it would arrive by FedEx or UPS in a few days. I asked who is going to setup the phone for me. Asurion said they could send me a technician to get it setup. Hmm, sounds like we are right back where we started. I could probably do the setup, but I don't have the inside knowledge that a tech would. After thinking about it, I decided to have it sent to me and I will take it to an AT&T store for the setup. I pay Asurion and AT&T for a service that I'm not getting. If because of where I live, I'm not eligible for the next day service, just tell me up front. I guess it's time to start looking into a different phone carrier or different insurance company
