I never had issues in the past, this latest claim has been a nightmare!
I was told for five days in a row the phone would arrive and for each of those 5 days it never had, I asked for the 100 deductible back and they did oblige, however I had to retry again due to shattered screen & glass shards.
Started a claim again paid 100 deduct, they said my latest phone was brand new but it refuses to charge, now I sit w no cell until yet another comes in the mail!
