“I ordered and paid for my picture as a gift for my mother. It was only after paying that I was advised that delivery time was 4 weeks. 4 weeks later and I am still waiting for my picture. I have had no correspondence from the company either. Not a very good "customer" experience.”
“I ordered a rug in February and was advised that delivery would be about 10 - 14 working days. I was then advised that their supplier was out of stock and therefore it would not be delivered until the end of April, although I was offered the option of choosing an alternative from the website. I decided to wait and the rug was then duly delivered at the end of April as promised. The rug is absolutely beautiful and we are glad that we waited.

As I can return but would have to pay postage, i'l stick with it and tray and hide the shoddy quality work. Bought a rug before, different make and that was great.”

“Can not fault this store or their service and products. The cushions we ordered were Dreamweavers spiky cushions and they are amazing. Delivery was on time, once they came into stock and I would definitely recommend not only the store but these cushions”
