“We are very pleased with this rug. It was a special order so we had to wait 10-14 days for delivery but it was worth the wait! It's the perfect size and grey/silvery colour. We tried a rectangular rug last year and it just wasn't right. The round edge is perfect and brings a new dimension to our living room. It's very shaggy and looks fab on our new grey laminate floor. If I could post a picture I would!”
“Sadly one of the pictures we ordered was delivered damaged and we are now going to have to wait several weeks for a replacement. It is slightly disappointing that time of delivery is quite a long period after order and payment is made.”

The artwork was delivered in excellent condition, well protected with plenty of packaging. The frame is of good quality with a strong hanging cord, and all colours on both frame and print are as displayed on the website - an ideal colour match for our needs.
The reason I have only given a four star rating is due to the long delay between ordering and receiving this artwork. An order was placed on 9th December 2014 and delivery was made on 28th January 2015. However, the company were apologetic about the delay and gave us the option to withdraw the order if it was for a Christmas gift (it was not!) They continued to update us periodically and promptly replied to an enquiry I made about the progress. I was duly informed of dispatch and the artwork was speedily delivered the next day.
I would be happy to use this company again.”
“Would be very wary of using this company again. It took over a month to deliver some cushions. When we chased, we were told it was because City Link ceased trading but it then took 3 further weeks to get them shipped with another courier. The cushions were then crammed into the box used to ship. Not impressed.”

The rug, however is very creased due to the way it was rolled and probably had something lying on top of it during storage. I have spread it out in the hope that in the warmth of the house, it will flatten.”
