“Have purchased previously from yourselves and was pleased in being kept informed of the status of my order and with the actual rug when it arrived, unfortunately although it was not the case in my latest purchase (image on internet was not the rug I received) received a no quibble refund and would gladly re order or use your site again

“Rug was easy to order online, and it was delivered quite quickly within a week. Unfortunately, the rug colour was dull and faded and not at all like in the photos. Quality is also poor as it keeps shedding. Would be hesitant to buy again from this website”
“Ordered on 6th October, chased up and had to be re-sent. I received email to say was being delivered on 25th between 3.20 and 4.20pm. This didn't happen, was delivered on 27th but I not at work to collect, so have not seen the items yet.......so not too impressed with service. Sorry”
“My order hasn't actually arrived as yet but the service so far is very poor.
I received an email saying my order has been dispatch with no information on the carrier or a tracking number (the normal info when purchasing goods). Once I asked when it would be delivered and said that isn't any good as no-one can be in, I received no information on when it is going to be delivered.
Its extremely poor to know I bought a £650 rug and it could be anywhere at the moment, this really needs to sorted as the customer service is poor. The more information you provide the better a customer will feel. No information makes the customer feel extremely nervous, Its not difficult to forward shipping reference numbers to customers.”
“Lovely lampshades, delivered safely and promptly. Pity that the bit at the bottom is a bit wide, but think that's standard and I'm sure I can get a piece to put on so they sit on the lamps rather than slip down. Would certainly use this company again.”
