“One month lead in time on my order although I was kept informed of progress by email. Despatched with next day delivery. Arrived extremely well packaged in double boxing and bubble wrap. Overall very pleased with the service.”

“We are very pleased with this rug. It was a special order so we had to wait 10-14 days for delivery but it was worth the wait! It's the perfect size and grey/silvery colour. We tried a rectangular rug last year and it just wasn't right. The round edge is perfect and brings a new dimension to our living room. It's very shaggy and looks fab on our new grey laminate floor. If I could post a picture I would!”
