“We waited 3 weeks for our order, but this was told to us straight away by e-mail. We were e-mailed when the order was despatched and it arrived as expected. It was really well packaged and we are happy with our picture print. The price was competitive and we would use mailorderart again.”

“What you see is what you get on a mail order, and what I got was a good quality rug, the perfect color I was looking for. Delivery and commutation was was the best I have evey had from an Internet order keeping me updated on dispatch, delivery date, and time down to the hour.”

“Bought this rug as I specifically wanted a man-made rug as previous woollen one from another source shed so much both we and the dog had red eyes! Only recently received, but rug colour (green) is a good match for the web picture. Also, quality seems good and it does not shed! It is a shag-pile rug which I wasn't looking for, but it looks good and feels nice and bouncy underfoot. Need to do abit of reverse rolling for a day or two to flatten it out after tight packing, but almost flat now...”
