Communication was good, I was kept informed of a slight delay in delivery times and was told when it had been dispatched.
1 star is lost because the delivery experience was dreadful. It was a big picture and the box had been completely opened, I assume because someone thought there was a TV inside. The driver was surly and gave no explanation and I received no response to my email detailing what had happened. Fortunately, the picture was well bubble wrapped and so survived the delivery.”

“You have asked me to review an item, for which I have still not received . My credit card has been charged and paid for and yet still no art work! When I ordered the item on line it said it was in stock, it was after I had paid for it that I received an email a week later to say they were experiencing some problems with supplier and would be with me in 4 weeks. I can accept that but that time has now passed and no further updates on when I may actually receive the item which us already bought and paid for and was stated to be in stock!”

I had originally ordered my chosen product with a popular high street store & was told it would b 6 weeks before I would be able to collect my lighting. I then went to on line lighting who were able to deliver within 48 hours. A very happy customer”
