“I ordered a rug and it came within a few days. When I put it in place I realised I should've ordered a larger one. I called MailOrderRugs and they said it wasn't a problem. They'll order the bigger size and when they deliver that, they'll collect the original one. Brilliant customer service. I'm a very happy with my rug and the service I received.”

“This order was made in mid July. The items were out of stock until mid Aug and I was promptly informed of this the next day. However, I had not I was not kept up to date with the status of my order (if it was still out of stock) and in mid August I had to chase this up by phone to find out if my order was still out of stock. The information was found out promptly. The service was friendly and helpful but I do think that a 'holding' email would have been useful as I was expecting a delivery mid Aug. I am happy with the goods and was as described.”

“Ordered rug and it was delivered eleven days later, well within the ten to fourteen weeks delivery period. Rug was well packed (it was 2M x 3M) it was heavy, and a well known and presented (TNT) courier service used. Good work, no problems, full marks for service and the goods. I'll be using them again.”
