“Sorry unable to rate your service as yet as my rug has still not arrived, I was informed that it had been dispatched On November 12th, and as I was informed it would be next day delivery I was expecting it to arrive on the 13 th November but as of today November 15th it has not been delivered. As it was not explained whether it was dispatched from the manufacturer to yourselves or from yourselves to me I can only guess. I would appreciate you looking into this matter and informing me when I can expect my rug.
