My only concern was that the website did not inform me of the fact that the item I wanted was out of stock. It was only after I had ordered that I received an email stating that my purchase could not be completed until the end of January.
However, I actually received my picture on the 21st January, so everything has been dealt with very efficiently.

“on receipt, two of the three pictures had been packed face to face and not back to back. As a result they had stuck together and their surfaces were slightly damaged on separation. Not a satisfactory outcome.
