“Absolutely appalling customer service. Defensive staff and when asked for a link to a review site, was told there was none.
There was miscommunication where I paid for classes (I thought for 2024). But apparently I had paid for classes in 2023. When I contacted them to ask the booking to be refunded as I wouldn’t need the 2024 classes, that’s when I found out the error.
The person I dealt with was defensive from the start. She pointed out all the errors were mine. Even though no joining instructions were sent, no one contacted me to ask why after having taken full payment, my son had never attended a single class all term. That’s is weeks of lessons missed! If they had contacted me after the first few missed classes, I may have found out that the classes were for 2023 and not 2024 and made arrangements to get my son there. But as it happened they didn’t seem to care that a child never showed up all term. How do you grade children if you don’t monitor attendance?
They have continued to show no goodwill. I am a single parent who has no experience with how these things work as this is my first 4 year old I am dealing with. They are experienced professionals who know what they are doing. Or should do for the chargeable service they provide! They should have the tenacity to help those who need it. By asking if there is a problem. Why a 4 year old has never turned up to any lessons that have been fully paid for. Instead they have written back saying my son is actually 5! Thanks for telling me about my son whom you never met! He isn’t! He is still 4! And please stop constantly trying to prove that I am the one who has made all the mistakes.
I would not recommend this organisation to anyone. They are unprofessional, unsupportive and all they care about is the money. Which once received they stopped all contact and shrugged their shoulders of all accountability.”
