“Atlas locked my account because they claim they can't verify it belongs to me. I have sent the original paperwork from opening the account and can not get a response so I can't get to any of MY money or use the card. This is insane business practices because even though they say they can't verify the account they are still taking money from it. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES”

“SCAM!!!!! Account was never in effect. Was told account was closed, but KEEP taking my money from my bank account. Customer service said not to worry last month, the account is closed. The amounts they are taking keeps getting larger. My bank says their bank withdrawingthe money is Accadamy bank. The phone number listed for that bank on their website says invalid phone number. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!”

“I have been trying to withdraw my money since 5th February 2024. No open trades, and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent. All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 123,999 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th April again and it was declined by Investmarkets. “Beware smart pay feature Initially i enjoyed this card. Paying off the balance mthly and enjoying the cash back perks. However if u dont pay off the balance mthly and make a partial balance pymt they will help themselves to your bank account using smart pay which u agree to when u sign up and there is no way to opt out of. This will take a percentage of your balance out of your checking acct weekly without prior notice. There is no way to cancel it at all. I terminated my account yesterday due to this deceptive practice.”

“This is a horrible app I tried paying my car payment three times and they declined it saying that I didn’t have enough money in my account and I did. If they subtracted the amount that I paid the payment and what I had in the account they would see that’s what happened. Then I go take the money out and they overcharged my account now I have no money after I emailed them and told them I didn’t need them to put the payment through and now I have nothing. Horrible”
