“I have asked to cancel atlas and they still have taken money from my account”

“I wouldn't recommend this card or company. I have requested numerous times for my account to be closed and they just won't respond. They see my messages and ignore me. You can't reach them by phone so you're only option is to use their messaging system which they choose to ignore. They tell you someone will respond within 24 hours but that's a lie. I had to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau.”

“Still don’t understand how it works. 27 dollars is taken out every month don’t know why. I didn’t know I had to pay for card. And payment is delayed. Making credit score drop.”

“This has to be the worst credit cards I've ever had to deal with would never ever recommend this company for any reason I had a fraudulent charges on my account and I reported it but they played too many games to try and fix it to no avail”

“Unknowingly, this card isn't free! They say they will send you free money, but instead they take your money from your bank card/ account to fund the account. Sometimes random payments come out of your connected bank account without verification! Not a good account/ card!”

“Cancel account, I was a victim of fraud and cancelled the card 5 times and it NEVER cancelled... This company is FRAUD.. you charged me twice for something I knew nothing about.”
