Team is not based in Singapore , there is no official Singaporean source that prove they are located there , make your research on this company on internet , seems they just operate in India. And most of their traffic is based in Russia
There not seem to be any European or US regulations provided with this company.
Customer service is extremely slow and amateur. If you want to test their system, test with small amount to not lose all your hard earned coins
