“I ordered a washing machine from this company and when paid for I was later informed it wasn’t even available for a while, so because of this I requested a refund as I was desperately in need of a new washing machine due to ours catching fire... I’m still yet to receive my requested refund it’s been a full month since.

“I ordered an iron on 22/06 to date I have not received it and I cannot even get through to the customer service to get the refund! I gave them a chance despite the bad reviews. Bad mistake! I don’t usually write bad reviews however this is an exemption. I just don’t want another gullible person to be treated the same way. The one star rating appears only because the reviews are set that way, realistically it would be -5.”
