Be weary of this company. I purchased a number of 'organic' herbal teas from Iherb. They arrived with warning labels stating that they 'may contain lead'. The cost to return the items was hundreds of dollars. Massive waste of time and money. They sell cheap products that come from China. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.”

“Initially signed up to receive emails as I was planning on purchasing from this company. I changed my mind due to the carrier they use for shipping. Now I cannot get my email off their list. I have “unsubscribed” several times. No luck. Spoke with someone on the phone who assured me my name was taken off list. However, I am still getting emails from them. Next step...write to the owner. BEWARE! Once you sign up, you’ll never get off their list. Horrible customer service!!”
“I ordered a product and wasn`t informed at all there was going to be an extra fee to pay. In my case it was £16.8 which I found quite a lot and asked them for the refund. I wasn`t impressed by their response (see below)! Basically they advised me to pay the the £16.8 otherwise I was risking not getting anything back? I have never experienced this and told them so.
Unfortunately, iHerb.com does not have a way to provide specific duties and fee amounts. It is determined by Customs and the courier is simply the collector.
If you choose not to pay the fees incurred by Customs, the package will be rerouted back to iHerb.com and once the package is received, we will refund the order. The refund will be minus the shipping and return costs which are normally 80% of the order total. The reason the return shipping costs are so high is because of the return freight not being discounted, warehouse and storage fees. We would advise accepting your package as if you refuse it you risk not receiving a refund based on our policy.
