“Happy with the Prompt response. Only issue was the package went to the wrong address, not sure if the address was written down wrong or the Courier got it wrong... Luckily it was only 5 doors away and I have honest neighbours... I did not see the packaging as I was working away and my son opened the package and threw the wrapping away when he got to the aluminum tube ad realised the rod could not have been damaged.”

“I have purchased fly tying and fishing items from the USA, Britain, Czech Republic, and Australia over the past 20 years, and Aussie Angler is by far the worst and most unprofessional fly shop I have ever dealt with. They are incapable of getting the job done right, and they don't bother fixing the problem! Of course, this will be the last transaction with them!”

“Aussie Angler stocked some of what I wanted. I also wanted some grouse feathers so had to go elsewhere for these. I guess you can't stock everything. Otherwise I was happy with the service.”
