“Not happy with the brush flies you have send me. They do not look any thing ike in the picture and is more a deceiver style brush fly. Colour of the eye is also very difrent.”

Hi Rudy, As discussed on the phone, it seems the Fulling Mill Brush flies you ordered have been mislabelled and packaged. We have ordered more and will, at your request, post as soon as they arrive to us.

“Ordered some flies back in September, prior to season opening. Forgot all about it. Recently got an email saying order was completed (12 December). Haven't seen any flies come in the post. Guess they're lost somewhere between Melbourne and Bendigo?”

Hello, what a shame you didn’t receive nor contacted us to advise. I distinctly remember this order as we had the squirmy flies custom tied in store and even popped in extras! “I have purchased fly tying and fishing items from the USA, Britain, Czech Republic, and Australia over the past 20 years, and Aussie Angler is by far the worst and most unprofessional fly shop I have ever dealt with. They are incapable of getting the job done right, and they don't bother fixing the problem! Of course, this will be the last transaction with them!”
