“Was after a particular nymphing rod (Arcay)to go with a reel they had on special. Rick knew all about it and stayed in touch with me till they came in & arranged a spare tip. Awesome service. And nice to deal with someone who knew their stuff. Nice people and great gear.”

“Fantastic service from Mick Kaksa recently. I rang to purchase some leader and tippet material for a recent Fly Fishing competition that I knew Mick was also fishing. I paid for the order over the phone, and Mick delivered it to me at the briefing the next morning. Now that is service!”
