“Rick and his dedicated crew are the go to store for all all your fly fishing requirements - No rush , no pushing for a sale just great advice and fair prices. There’s plenty of parking at the rear of Aussie Angler so you have plenty of time to shop and chat about the one that got away ! “ Ps., their on line store and postage in fantastic too !!”

“I’ve worked in retail for 20+ years and the customer service I experienced at the Aussie Angler was exceptional. The staff there that I interacted with (Rick and Mick) couldn’t do enough. Their knowledge, patience (I’m a beginner) was to second to none. I not only walked away with great gear suitable to my needs and skills, but with knowledge and the confidence to use my equipment properly and to my best. Hats off to the BEST fly fishing store in Victoria. It also worth mentioning that I live 2 hours away from the store, and it is definitely worth the drive.”

“Massive thanks to the team at Aussie Angler for the awesome service throughout 2025. Rick, Mick, Lily and Jo are absolute legends. Always happy to help and full of great advice. Special mention to Rick for the handwritten tips and quotes that somehow always end up being spot on and getting me into more trout. Great people, great shop and can’t recommend them enough. Ian”
