“Prompt service.Particularly impressed with flies being labelled on invoice. First fly tried (Christopher Bassano Grab-All 14) caught 4 fish in about an hour and a half. Hope they all work like that. Also for a small fly visibility is bloody good. SR”

“Quite honestly some of the best customer service I've ever come across. Only had a few dealings, but my first was an eye opener as to what a retail experience is meant to be as a beginner angler. Polite, prompt, will always call you if something is out of stock.”

“Amazing customer service. These guys simply go above and beyond time after time. Chasing rods down from distributors, scrambling to get stock ahead of a trip - they do it all. Cannot recommend enough.”
