“I was blown away with the service and patience shown by Mick during my purchase of waders and boots. I had some difficulty deciding on boots due to fit. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble with changing different styles and sizes. Old fashioned service that I didn’t believe existed anymore. I cannot rate this service more highly.”

“Was after a particular nymphing rod (Arcay)to go with a reel they had on special. Rick knew all about it and stayed in touch with me till they came in & arranged a spare tip. Awesome service. And nice to deal with someone who knew their stuff. Nice people and great gear.”

“Well, my wife tried to organize some vouchers for me for my birthday and asked the lady to post them to her, she did that but also sent an email which spoiled the surprise, we share the same email which she pointed out to the lady and asked not to be communicated by email”
