“First time ordering and I was a bit worried that I was scammed, as the two items I ordered did not arrive on the same day (a week apart) but the delivery notice at the post office said both items were delivered. After contacting Aussie Storm about this, they said it should arrive and that their end looked like it was still on its way. Held my breath for a week and luckily it arrived. Phew. So given that both items eventually got here (I am fully blaming the floods over east) and the good communication from customer service, I'd be happy to order from this crew again.”

“I placed my order for freeze dried foods on a Saturday afternoon, opting for the pick up option, and was advised my order was ready to collect on Monday morning. I was greeted by a friendly smile when I arrived to pick it up and I felt my business was appreciated. I would not hear it’s to recommend or purchase again from Aussie Storm Shop.”

The only suggestion I could make that would benefit my hobby/small home business is to have a larger range of aracord 550 solid colours. If I could get all that I needed from you, I would not shop anywhere else. Keep it up, your service is excellent.”
