“I have emailed them about seven times over a month. They have never once replied. They are also incredibly slow to deliver and have not had the replacement parts ever. What a terrible company. I am sitting here without what I need in replacement parts. Waste of my time and money.”
“Terrible delivery experience. Paid for courier delivery and it took close to 2 weeks. Unfortunately the service team at Aussie Health Products are not empowered to do anything other than ask for you to wait and next time consider AusPost - the supposedly slower option. Would not refund the courier costs either.
Their products are available elsewhere so consider another retailer if you are wanting your products to turn up without fuss.”
