“The Firebox stove was ordered on October 16th and while I believe it was dispatched the same day, it’s now November 9th and it hasn’t arrived in suburban Melbourne. AussieStormShop has been great but Starshippit/Auspost has made the experience miserable. AustPost’s updates have been useless as dates are seemingly aspirational at best. I’ve lodged a query but their response is if it hasn’t arrived by Nov 18th, they’ll COMMENCE an investigation at that time. I understand Auspost challenges, but they’ve had 18 months to mitigate impacts - with little success. I hope Aussie Storm Shop provides an alternative to Auspost, express or not, as they are letting online businesses down (their performance has been woeful from other businesses I’ve ordered from)”

“All very good items - very happy with the product and communication excellent - delivery took three weeks but NOT stores fault - Aussie Post delays - goods left the day I ordered :). The only reason for one less star was it took two stores to fulfill my Firebox Stove needs as no one here seems to sell the complete range and even had to make my own product (firebox trangia pins) to complete my needs. Great place to deal with - will definetly be back again :)”
