“The product was delivered as ordered. There was a delay in delivery due to current supply issues but I was informed of this in good time and provided with a discount on the next purchase to make up for the trouble. Good customer service. Unfortunately, the package was sent to the wrong address but, luckily, the recipients forwarded it on.”

“I still have not received this order. There was no communication from the time I placed the order until I called them 16 days after. The person on the other end could not locate the order with the order number. No updates, tracking information or indication of when the order will be received, now wondering if at all it will ever be received. Worst experience ever had, I'm so disappointed. I doubt I will ever order anything in future.”

“Products are of good quality at reasonable prices. Delivery is usually really fast but over the last couple of months hasn't been its usual. Running out of products has also been a bit of a frustration over the last couple of months. I know you're in the process of rebadging things but there seems to be a few products that are now missing from the range ie Women's Daily Multi, Everyday Stress Relief B Complex & not sure why.”
