“I was always, repeat always happy with phone customer service, First time decided to use Online & it’s disastrous. Almost a fortnight & no trace or tracking of my magnesium tablets. Dissapointed”

“Good day, on December 22, I purchased from you a package of three bottles of Brain and Memory for $64, today it is already January 13, and to my great regret, I did not receive what I purchased from you and this makes me incredibly sad. Invoiced for total $64.75 Goods received only 2 packets of Marine Collagen. Please explain what happened to my 4 Healthy Reds which I have been Invoiced for???”

“One star for after sales service. Ordered products on 3 Dec. Received a receipt n no further advice. Had to phone ANC twice to find out status of order; got a tracking nbr over phone. According to Auspost, my order is still pending 🙄. To date, no goods yet.”
