I would love to submit a review but that is a little difficult. Money taken 10 December and tracking number issued. Australia Post has no record of the number and it would appear order has not yet left the warehouse at 28 December. No idea when that will happen. Wonder whether business is still functioning.

I would love to review my order but I still haven’t received it!!! I have been a customer and be that a club 4 member with ANC for 22 years and I have never been so disappointed! Every unique and wonderful product that I started shopping with you for is now obsolete! Your new CEO is trash and the changes that have been made in removing and discontinuing so many products is a huge mistake and the beginning of the end for this company. Why stock and resell other companies products that we can purchase for less without the added cost of postage elsewhere!!?? You have next to nothing left to offer to customers. Such a shame and ruination of a great company!

Would be happy to review if we had received the order. Ordered 6/12/23 and still not received by 25/12/23. Getting updates thanking us for being patient but never told where our order is. We would have appreciated more details about the progress of our delivery. Having said all that we have been long time customers and have been very happy with previous deliveries so just hoping the season is the reason for the delay.

Three weeks on, and the goods have yet to be delivered - not an overseas purchase, just an Australian delivery - a very poor state of affairs!

I received no purchase or delivery information. It took more than 2 days to get a response to my enquiry and I was told my delivery was due that day and a screen shot if delivery details was included to confirm that. The delivery never arrived. I was also told that my password had been reset as I couldn't access my account... this didn't happen. A week later, another 2+ days after I contacted them, I was told that my delivery had been packed the day before and was en route to me, accompanied by another screenshot of the delivery tracking. At no time was I apologised to.. in fact the responses I received were hurried, cursory responses, not addressing the problem or reassuring in anyway. The delivery details as a screenshot were at best inconvenient, at worst useless, not allowing me to track the parcel myself or identifying the carrier. I don't hesitate to warn people against trusting their business with this company, there are so many other options! The customer service demonstrates how indifferent this company is so I won't bother them again.

The glass jar arrived opened and all the contain spilled in the envelope. Customer service said they will resend a new order, still waiting. Worst customer service.

My order of 16 yoghurt sachets had 2 packs missing. When I brought it to the attention of Australin NaturalCare they said that they would replace the missing packs. 9 days later I again messaged them and was told that "now they will send the missing packs. Still waiting!

Unfortunately you have asked for a review of the only order I've had with ANC that has been a disaster! Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still not delivered!

I still have not received this order. There was no communication from the time I placed the order until I called them 16 days after. The person on the other end could not locate the order with the order number. No updates, tracking information or indication of when the order will be received, now wondering if at all it will ever be received. Worst experience ever had, I'm so disappointed. I doubt I will ever order anything in future.
