“I recently placed an on-line order at 11:00pm Wednesday night. Noting the delivery warning I thought "I can expect this to take about 2 weeks to get to Brisbane" Imagine my surprise when Aust Post delivered it at 8:30am on SUNDAY. (3 days to process order AND have AP ship it from Sydney [HIGH Covid hotspot] to Brisbane Suburb.) For this I was going to give 5stars, BUT all the hassles and stress of trying to find the review page, along with the unwanted "contact us" coming up superimposed over other items I was trying to read I reduced my rating to 2stars and will NEVER open ANC's site again. I value my eyes and sanity more than saving a dollar.”
