“I am very pleased with both the staff and their products and buy frequently. Before Covid it was purchased at the market but now from Bendigo. Products are excellent. When buying online there is definitely a problem with delivery. This is the second delivery that has failed to arrive. Am not always able to travel to Bendigo. Staff have been very good. But still waiting. Would prefer straight to PO Box because they dont come to our place. Twice I have received email from them with no content. When I tracked they say it is delivered. Well not to our place.”

“I ordered 5 litres of Clove & Eucalyptus Mould spray to assist a family member with treatment of some of her belongings and home after the huge flood in Lismore recently. The online ordering process was so easy and I would have received the order promptly except for delays with transport due to flooding and road damage. I was able to track the item so I had a fair idea where it was! I was not concerned at all. It is a fantastic product and I would recommend it to anyone battling mould in their home.”

“I started using the washing powder several years ago as my daughter has sensitive skin and this is great. I now also use the the dishwashing powder which I love as my dishwasher smells great and my dishes are always clean. I highly recommend these products.”
