“Wont be buying this again. The bottle instructions says to spray on affected areas and leave for over night or 72 hours!! WTH I thought it would be spray and leave for 30 minutes then wash off. The smell hangs around for hours and it has stained my bath matts now. IM going back to bleach spray now.”

“I purchased this by mistake for another companies lemon myrtle cleaner. It's a good product as in cleaning, but, the lemon myrtle smell was not exactly as it should be, (to my nose anyway) will be returning to the other lemon myrtle cleaner.”

“I used to buy a fair few bottles of your insect repellent , when you changed the bottles from 125mls to 100mls and upped the price , I stopped purchasing your products 🤷🏼‍♂️ Why do companies do this type of damage to their products??”

“Took over 7days to be delivered. This company sends multiple emails asking for a review when you havent recieved the product or even had a chance to use it. It may work well - i havent used it yet.”

“Too smelly for my family, mould was quite bad on the silicone in my shower. I only left it on for 10 hours, it recommends up to 72 hours, not sure how you'd do that and still be in the house as odour is difficult to handle. Hard to review accurately for me due to those issues”

“It took a long time to receive the package (although this was over Christmas) and I had to follow it up. The Lemon Myrtle spray is lovely. The clove mould spray is average (light mould disappeared, the heavy duty mould did not). Would be interested in purchasing the glass cleaner.”

“Look i was so soo excited to try this with high hopes to go tox free I wasn’t happy with how it washed my kids clothes I have a front load I didn’t over load it and I used some in the pre wash setting and the normal wash! So basically 2 washes and the clothes came out not even washed it seemed-it’s not bad on towels but not good on kids clothing with stains”

Hi Nicole What stains were on your kids clothes? Our laundry powders are very effective but if the stains are too set in to the fabric it may not get them out. If you use it again and are not completely satisfied, get in touch with us and we will give you a full refund. All we need on the email is your order no. and a picture of the clothes. “Great company, awesome products but poor delivery .... ordered on the 13/08 its now 27/08. I have received items in 5 days from over East before, why is this taking so long? I think you need to change your delivery system. Fastway Method? its a joke !”

“I like the products and have used before. But have to say was a little shocked at the size of the products I ordered- partly my fault for not checking but the dishwasher powder was tiny- I can get 4 x that much eucalyptus dishwasher powder in the supermarket for the same price and I’m not sure Australian eucalyptus Co is 4x better.. other products were half the size I was expecting. So I’m sorry, they are nice products but not good value for money in my opinion.”
