“I got the mould cleaner I found it to be very effective, however I was hoping for a strong eucalyptus smell instead it smells like cloves.”

“The powder for the dishwasher cleans glassware, China and lightly soiled dishes generally. However, for cooking pots, pans and baking trays and coffee cups with stains you have to do the heavy lifting yourself. I have tried using longer and stronger washing cycles I e. Pots & Pan cycle for 2.5 hrs and have still had to use a scourer and dish soap in the sink to remove stubborn stains from post and cups. I so wanted this to work! But I think I will have to decide to either wash by hand or revert to conventional cleaning tablets.”

“Mainly purchased the lemon Myrtle soap powder as my son is a chef, end even though his chef clothes are well washed and clean, seem to still have that cooking and sweat smell after washing. Was hoping the lemon Myrtle would eradicate this smell. Disappointing that the smell is still there and even when washing them in machine, there is no lemon smell. I dissolve soap powder in hot water before adding to machine, and soap powder is stored in air tight container. Have yet to try the eucalyptus soap powder, but definitely will not purchase the lemon Myrtle again”

“Wont be buying this again. The bottle instructions says to spray on affected areas and leave for over night or 72 hours!! WTH I thought it would be spray and leave for 30 minutes then wash off. The smell hangs around for hours and it has stained my bath matts now. IM going back to bleach spray now.”

“I purchased this by mistake for another companies lemon myrtle cleaner. It's a good product as in cleaning, but, the lemon myrtle smell was not exactly as it should be, (to my nose anyway) will be returning to the other lemon myrtle cleaner.”

“I used to buy a fair few bottles of your insect repellent , when you changed the bottles from 125mls to 100mls and upped the price , I stopped purchasing your products 🤷🏼‍♂️ Why do companies do this type of damage to their products??”

“Took over 7days to be delivered. This company sends multiple emails asking for a review when you havent recieved the product or even had a chance to use it. It may work well - i havent used it yet.”
