“I have used the Australian Eucalyptus Oil Company for about 5 or more years now and have been very happy with their products, not to mention the money saved over time. We recently moved to central Vic and I was able to go into the shop in Bendigo for the first time as I have always purchased online. Very well presented shop! Gary”

“Hassle free transaction, product arrived in a timely fashion, so very happy. I would however like to find a retailer near to me so that I don't have to pay postage which in the case of this purchase doubled the price of the product. Thank You”

“I am very happy with The quality of your products. I accept that they are relatively expensive but value the local production & environmental benefits. However, a gripe - On one occasion, I went to the Bendigo store & spent over $100. Soon after coming home to Kerang, I received an email offering a significant discount for purchases. I, a loyal customer had missed out. I mentioned this to the retailer the next timid that I visited the store & was told that the store is never informed of these special offers!!!! Poor customer service.”

“I have ordered online before but is nice to see everything displayed in a shop. This also allows a sample sniff of some products. I was surprised to find that the eucalyptus oil does not smell the same as in the past. It is still very effective and I am getting used to it.”
