“Have been with Auto Aid for years after first hearing about them through Money Saving Expert website. They are always great value for money - everything is covered for a lot less than some of the other breakdown cover providers. When i have had to use them, they keep in touch to let me know who is coming and to find out how things have gone.”

“I had to call them out on a breakdown recently. I hadn't realised my policy had expired and when I renewed I was presently surprised it had hardly increase at all. Probably just by inflation and the government increase on the insurance premium tax. A nice surprise. Also, I think the lost key policy is a very reasonable cost too.”

“Call took longer than expected, each time I had a query I was put on hold (which became frustrating) to allow another member of staff to give the correct info. I wouldn't have minded so much if the person I was speaking with had explained beforehand that she was a trainee and she might have to consult with other members of staff. Saying that I think it's a good policy so decided to join.”
